Look What We've Achieved!!
Our hardworking PTA is planning to fulfil its commitment to completion of the list of requests from children and teachers drawn up in the spring.
For organisational reasons and to make it easier for volunteers to commit their time, three sessions have been arranged.
Tasks are designated as follows:
BLACK: Still to be allocated GREEN: Team organised Orange: Completed
We hope we can assume that teams will measure-up and bring materials to the site.
All receipts / invoices to be retained.
You can let us know of your energy levels and availability by contacting Garry in school at Summer Learning (Tuesdays / Thursdays) OR gmcilwaine565@c2kni.net OR any parent you know to be involved in our PTA... A planning meeting will be organised beforehand.

Friday 27th 6.30 pm-9.00 pm
Power hose front rendered wall on Kilrea Road

Tyre Dome Session 1
Supply 26 x "safe" uniform car tyres + 4 "safe" slightly larger tyres John Lynd
Installation of base levels of tyres

Room 2:
Paint ceiling
Prepare walls / doors / architraves
Undercoat doors / architraves (6 volunteers)

Erect safety fence at car park

Installation of "sink unit"
Install Blue PVC piping and tap

Complete assembly to form play dome.
Planters:
Supply & position 2 x "safe" tractors tyres and transfer existing planter materials
Ampertaine Villa Play House:
Replace damaged wood to floor and porch
Touch up paint
