Ampertaine Primary School has highly motivated support staff who go well beyond the call of duty in:
- providing the care, support our young learners deserve
- processing the huge amount of information required in a 21st Century school
- maintaining our equipment, buildings and grounds
- preparing meals and snacks enjoyed by staff and children

School Secretary
Lesley has responsibility for keeping the Ampertaine wheels oiled so that all the administrative detailed are kept up to date.
She is usually the first person to meet visitors or to answer phone calls and her positive, welcoming personality is a great bonus for us all.

Louise, Jill, Briege and Elisa are our very own home-grown cooks who provide our children with freshly cooked meals every day.
They are fully trained in all the relevant hygiene and dietry elements and really do go the extra mile for all of our children.
Their varied menus are enjoyed by our children and teachers.
Mr George Graham
Buildings Manager
George looks after every aspect of our buildings and grounds. He is a very handy staff member who is always there when something needs to be done.
George keeps our school to a very high standard of cleanliness and safety and can always be relied on to look after our children's needs.
Laura, Lauren and Catherine are our lunchtime supervisors who help the children during their lunch as well as outside playtime . The children know they are there to help during their full lunchtime period
